Hopworks Pub Runner

We've developed some great friendships over the 40+ years we've been in business - as it turns out, bikes are an easy passion to share. One of our greatest alliances is with Hopworks Urban Brewery.  We like bikes, they like bikes. They brew beer, we drink beer. We sponsor the Bicycle Attorney race team together, hang out at events with our pop-up tents side-by-side, and we collaborated to make some single-speed bikes for hitting the bar when you don't want to lock up your primary steed in our wet Pacific Northwest weather.

2014 Hopworks Pub Runner Lite

The frames are manufactured by SE Racing, and we've created custom decals for each colorway. Seen here with the "anything cage" from Salsa, you can even grab a growler to go without having to haul it on your back.
Bikes start at $349.99, and cages sell for $29.99 (growler and beer not included).

  1. I recently bought one and really like it aside from the mismatched seams on the wheels. That thunk, thunk, thunk when you apply the brakes gets annoying. The freewheel sprocket clicks under a load as well. I flipped the wheel and go fixie and eliminated the noise. I prefer fixed anyway. This is my primary commuter/ pub runner. I have a Specialized MTB that is noisier than a rusty Model T, so it's a back up. I will likely purchase a different set of wheels or I will hit these with a contouring wheel at the shop. For the money, though, you can't really get any better. I really enjoy this bike.
